Morin Oluwole is a luxury industry thought leader in digital transformation, media and innovation at Facebook in France, where she leads Facebook and Instagram's global luxury division. She was formerly Chief of Staff to the VP, Global Marketing Solutions at Facebook where she developed business strategies for global brand partners. She has been at Facebook for 13 years during which she led Product Marketing (Facebook Pages) and Public Content Partnerships (fashion/luxury). Prior, she was a Management Consultant at Sachs Consulting in New York.

Afterwards, in May 2015 joined Moncler as the Chief Operating Officer in Milan, to then become the Chief Marketing & Operating Officer in July 2017.
